One: Product Introduction
8505 Neoprene sealant is a one-component oily sealant based on neoprene rubber. It does not contain phthalate compounds, and has passed the ROHS test and is safe and environmentally friendly. It has excellent adhesion to steel, wood, plastic and various interfaces, good flexibility, anti-aging, no silk, easy to use. It is widely used in welding seams, building doors and windows, expansion joints and waterproof sealing between various plates. It has become the best choice for container and automotive industry sealing, and is widely used in production equipment and housing construction.

Four: How to use
Treat the surface to be bonded by removing, degreasing, dusting, etc. Keep it dry and clean;
Cut the tip and seal, put it into the glue gun, and squeeze the glue directly along the tip into the place to be sealed. After the sealing aluminum foil is opened, please use it up as soon as possible;
If surface modification is required, it should be carried out within the dry time of the sealant.
Five: Considerations
Avoid prolonged contact with the skin, if splashed into the eyes accidentally during use, please seek medical attention immediately;
The best use temperature of this product is 5-35°C. When it is lower than 5°C, it is recommended to bake it in an oven at 60°C for 30 minutes before using it.
If you need to paint, please paint after the colloid is dry;
Wash it with organic solvent when it is not dry, and remove it with suitable tools after drying;
When using and storing, keep away from fire and keep out of reach of children.

Seven: Packaging and Storage
310ml sticks, 30 pieces per box; 20L, 200L DC barrels;
Keep the original sealed state and store in a dry, cool and ventilated place, and it can be stored for 12 months below 25°C. If it exceeds the shelf life, it will be used after passing the relevant testing.
