One: Product Introduction
8521 single-sided non-woven butyl waterproof tape is based on weather-resistant PP non-woven fabric, coated with butyl rubber with excellent waterproof performance, and a single-sided tape formed by compounding release paper. Has excellent weather resistance, aging resistance and excellent water resistance. It has the functions of waterproof sealing, shock absorption and temperature insulation on the adhered surface. It is completely solvent-free, so it does not shrink or emit toxic gases. The product is self-adhesive, and the surface of the non-woven fabric can be coated with waterproof paint, which is convenient for construction. Widely used in building roofing, gap waterproofing treatment, maintenance treatment.

Four: How to use
According to different gaps, seam width, choose different specifications of tape.
Degrease and dedust the surface to be bonded to keep it dry and clean. For difficult-to-stick interfaces such as PVC, rubber, cement, and wood, an appropriate primer can be selected.
Unfold the film and lay it on the place to be patched, remove the release paper, and stick the tape to the sealing gap
Roll the surface of the tape by hand or a small pressure roller to make it fully adhered to the surface to be adhered to ensure that the tape and the surface of the object to be adhered are closely combined.
For surface finishing, remove excess with a knife.
Five: Considerations
The water, oil, and dirt on the surface to be pasted must be removed before use. The cement surface must ensure that the surface is free from sand.
This tape is pressure sensitive, the more pressure, the stronger the adhesion. When bonding, please be sure to press to make it close, and no gaps, air bubbles, etc.
The product is non-leakable and can be used with paint
Because this product is very sensitive to temperature changes, it is extremely effective when used at 25±10°C.

Seven: Packaging, Storage
Conventional carton packaging: 570*280*200, can be customized according to customer requirements
Keep the original seal and store in a dry, cool and ventilated place, and it can be stored for 12 months below 25℃. Exceed the shelf life and use it after passing the relevant tests.
