One: Product Introduction
8506 Butyl Sealant is a one-component non-curing sealant based on butyl rubber, free of harmful heavy metal ions and phthalate compounds. The product has passed the ROHS, reach test and is safe and environmentally friendly. It has excellent adhesion to steel, PVC board, wood, plastic and various interfaces. The viscosity is moderate, suitable for air pump spraying. In the design of the steel structure enclosure system of the European and American systems, the butyl self-adhesive sealant has been standardized for use. Butyl self-adhesive sealant has good ductility, is resistant to high temperature and is not easy to flow, and is well received by customers.

Four: How to use
Degrease, degreasing, and dedust the surface to be adhered to keep it dry and clean.
Cut the tip and seal, put it into the glue gun, and directly squeeze the glue along the tip into the place to be sealed. After the sealing aluminum foil is opened, please use it up as soon as possible.
Five: Considerations
Avoid prolonged contact with the skin, if splashed into the eyes during use, please seek medical attention immediately.
The best use temperature of this product is 5-35°C. When it is lower than 5°C, it is recommended to bake it in an oven at 60°C for 30 minutes before using it.
Wash with organic solvent when not dry, and remove with suitable tools after drying.

When using spraying equipment for construction, please clean the filter device regularly to prevent impurities from clogging the pipeline
