One: Product Introduction

104 water-based sealant is a one-component water-based sealant based on a new type of polymer. This product has no organic solvent volatilization, no phthalate compounds, and is safe and environmentally friendly. It has excellent adhesion to steel, wood, plastic and various non-oily interfaces, good flexibility and anti-aging. It is widely used in welding seams, building doors and windows, expansion joints and waterproof sealing between various plates. It is a water-based non-polluting environment-friendly building sealant.

Degrease, degreasing, and dedust the surface to be bonded to keep it dry and clean;

Cut the tip and seal, put it into the glue gun, and squeeze the glue directly along the tip into the place to be sealed. After the sealing aluminum foil is opened, please use it up as soon as possible;

If surface modification is required, it should be carried out within the dry time of the sealant.

Five: Considerations

Avoid prolonged contact with the skin, if splashed into the eyes accidentally during use, please seek medical attention immediately;

The solvent of this product is water and has hydrophilic properties. Therefore, it should avoid contact with water before surface drying. After surface drying, contact with a small amount of water will not have much impact on it. After 24 hours, the surface of the sealant has been cured and will not dissolve. in water;

This product is not recommended for construction when the ambient temperature is lower than 0 °C for a long time during the hard-drying period (7 days), and it is recommended to pre-bake the construction when the colloid temperature is lower than 10 °C;

If you need to paint, please paint after the colloid is dry;

It can be washed with water when it is not dry, and it can be removed with suitable tools after drying.

Seven: Packaging and Storage

Keep the original sealed state and store in a dry, cool and ventilated place, and it can be stored for 12 months below 25°C. If it exceeds the shelf life, it will be used after passing the relevant testing.
