One: Product Introduction
8508 Asphalt underframe anti-corrosion paint wax primer, introduced advanced technology from the United States, safety and environmental protection, greatly improved the construction environment, and fundamentally changed the traditional concept of red dan primer used in the market. It integrates the functions of anti-rust, medium resistance and impact resistance, which can effectively protect the substrate and achieve a qualitative leap from the level of function and quality. It can be widely used as anti-rust primer for container chassis and various steel products. Such as mechanical equipment, pipelines, steel structures, bridges, vehicles, especially large equipment that is not suitable for manual grinding.

Five: Considerations
This product can be combined with a variety of process requirements for spraying, coating, rolling and other operations.
The temperature of the coated surface is within 10°C of the paint temperature, and the effect is excellent.
Floating rust, dirt and oil must be removed from the surface of the substrate before spraying.
Do not apply on wet surfaces and when exposed to rain.
Wear general protective clothing and safety gloves when using.
In case of skin contact, wipe off excess chemical as soon as possible, wash thoroughly with soap and water until chemical is removed; in case of eye contact, wipe or absorb excess chemical as soon as possible, rinse with warm water for 5 minutes and seek medical attention immediately.
This product is stored in a cool and ventilated warehouse, away from fire and heat sources, and keep the container sealed; it should be stored separately from oxidants and chemicals used.
Six: Packaging and Storage
20L and 200L open iron drums.
Keep the original sealed state and store in a dry, cool and ventilated place, and it can be stored for 12 months below 25°C. If it exceeds the shelf life, it will be used after passing the relevant testing.
