One: Product Introduction
8507 Water-based Asphalt Primer This product is an anti-corrosion coating made of emulsified asphalt as the main raw material, adding functional fillers, anti-settling agents, anti-sagging agents and other imported additives through high-speed dispersion and filtration. This product has the advantages of ultra-low VOC, non-toxic and environmental protection. Greatly improve the construction environment, reduce pollution, and protect the health of construction workers.
Two: Product Application
It can be constructed separately on the underframe beam of the container, has excellent waterproof performance, and has a good anti-corrosion effect on metal and wood. It can also be used in other anti-corrosion projects that require low VOC and high build. Can be applied over cured zinc powder primers or directly on steel and wood floors.
It has produced 4 million units since the end of 2015. At present, the product has been listed in the list of qualified suppliers by FLORENS, TIL, CAI, COSCO, YANG-MING, EVERGREEN, SEACO, HAPAG LLOYD, GCI, MAERSK, and is listed in DFIC, CIMC, CXIC, SINGAMAS, these boxes are used by the factory.

Five: Considerations
This product can be combined with a variety of process requirements for spraying, coating, rolling and other operations.
The temperature of the coated surface is within 10°C of the paint temperature, and the effect is excellent.
Floating rust, dirt and oil must be removed from the surface of the substrate before spraying.
Wear general protective clothing and safety gloves when using.
In case of skin contact, rinse immediately with tap water. If an allergic skin reaction occurs, seek medical attention immediately.
Store this product in a cool, ventilated warehouse and keep the container tightly sealed.
Six: Packaging and Storage
20L and 200L open iron drums.
Keep the original sealed state and store in a dry, cool and ventilated place. 12 months at recommended temperature. If it exceeds the shelf life, it will be used after passing the relevant testing.
Seven: Storage temperature
The suitable storage temperature of the product is 5℃-40℃. When the temperature is lower than 0°C, the primer will demulsification and cannot be recovered, and the product will be scrapped.
